Hankook returns as the official sponsor of the Ballon dʼOr™ in 2025

Neu-Isenburg, Germany, 17 September 2025 – Premium tyre manufacturer Hankook is proud to return as the official sponsor of the Ballon d’Or in 2025. The golden trophy honours the best performances in professional football over the past season and is the world’s most prestigious individual award in football. This year’s award ceremony will take place in the impressive Théâtre du Châtelet in the French capital Paris on 22nd September 2025.

Since its establishment in 1956 by the sports publication “France Football”, the Ballon d’Or has evolved from a European to a global standard for individual excellence in football. 2025 will be Hankook’s second consecutive year sponsoring the award. The partnership includes both parties being able to use the other’s brand logos, and the Hankook logo being prominently placed along the red carpet and in the press areas. In addition, digital activities on UEFA and Hankook channels will strengthen supporters’ emotional brand loyalty worldwide.
