JPE Holdings announced as winner of the Operational Excellence Award
More than 1,300 guests gathered to celebrate the achievements of the transport industry

Daventry, UK, 15 September 2022 – Premium tyre manufacturer Hankook is proud to announce the winner of the Motor Transport Operational Excellence Award which was presented to JPE Holdings at the awards ceremony in London last week. Shortlisted companies also included ABE Ledbury, Speedy Services and Wren Kitchens. The award, sponsored by Hankook, was presented to JPE Holdings by Paul Emery, Hankook Tyre UK Sales Director and TV & Sports Presenter Claire Balding.

For more than 35 years, the Motor Transport Awards have been seen as a benchmark for excellence among UK road transport fleet operators, vehicle manufacturers and innovators. This year saw the 37^th Motor Transport Awards take place at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel situated on London’s iconic and stylish Park Lane. More than 1,300 guests gathered to celebrate the achievements of the industry, which has faced another challenging year, and to recognise innovation, outstanding service, efficiency and quality.

The operations team of any fleet operator are often the unsung heroes who make the business tick. Balancing the need for the business to make money and deliver great service while remaining fully compliant is what is needed to win this Operational Excellence Award. Hankook wish to congratulate JPE Holdings on their success which was commended by the judges, commenting on the company’s excellent levels of customer service and going above and beyond to meet the needs of many major clients.

Lindsay Smith said after the event, “I really am accepting this award on behalf of all of our staff as they actually deserve all the credit; without their skill and dedication there would be no facts to present.
